Dealer’s Philosophy for

Dog Training

dog trainer

has his own way of doing things that he feels works best for himself, his clients, and the dogs. For

DogWatch of Burlington County

, the philosophy is to keep it very simple with as little discomfort as possible and do it quickly. Your dog only needs to know two things. The first thing is that if you go up to the flags, you hear a chirping noise (the warning) and feel a tingling on your neck. The second insight is that if you back away from the flags, all the commotion stops. We do this training at the mildest level that is similar to a static electricity shock from a doorknob. Of course, at some point a correction is needed that is strong enough to convince your dog to stay away from the flags. Our goal is to accomplish this without your dog making any sign of distress. Most dogs are off their leash and running free by the next day. There is no charge for our training.
